Can I list businesses I represent as a licensed broker?
Yes. Create an account, add your listings, and note in the description and broker fields that you represent the seller. Buyers will contact you directly through the listing.
Does the Vy2B platform fee come out of my commission?
No. The Vy2B platform fee is separate from your brokerage commission and is the seller's responsibility unless you agree otherwise. Your commission structure with your client is entirely your own business.
Do I need to disclose that I'm a broker on the listing?
Yes, and we recommend it. Buyers appreciate knowing who they're talking to. Add your broker details in the listing edit form and note your representation in the description. Transparency builds trust and leads to better qualified conversations.
How many listings can I post?
As many as you want. There's no per-listing fee and no cap. List your entire active inventory.
